Webinar hosted by IFSA in association with AGF Manufacturing, Inc.  Jim McHugh, President of AGF, will present “Innovative Solutions to Combat Corrosion & Freezing in Fire Sprinkler Systems”.

MARCH 19, 2025, 1:00 pm (EST) Jim McHugh presents “Innovative Solutions to Combat Corrosion & Freezing in Fire Sprinkler Systems”

Dive into the critical challenge of maintaining system longevity in the fire sprinkler industry amid issues like corrosion and freezing. This webinar will explore how innovative components—such as automatic air vents, heated auxiliary drains, and flood eliminators when auxiliary drains fail—are extending the lifespan of sprinkler systems worldwide. Tailored for installers, inspectors, design professionals, and authorities, this session will demonstrate how these technologies not only preserve system integrity but also improve overall safety and efficiency.

Learning Objectives:

· Understand the Impact: Identify how corrosion and freezing affect system longevity and overall fire safety performance.

· Explore Innovative Solutions: Analyze how advanced air vents, heated auxiliary drains, and flood eliminators mitigate these challenges.

· Evaluate Long-Term Benefits: Assess the cost-effectiveness and reliability improvements that these technologies bring to fire sprinkler systems on a global scale.
