IFSA has also launched a Counterfeit and Non-Certified Sprinkler Reporting portal. This tool allows industry professionals, inspectors, authorities, and building owners to confidentially report suspected counterfeit or non-certified sprinkler products encountered in the field.
Counterfeit and non-certified sprinklers undermine system reliability, compromise life safety, and erode confidence in fire protection infrastructure. By capturing real-world observations, IFSA can better identify patterns, support regulatory authorities, and
reinforce the importance of using certified products tested and listed by recognized laboratories.
